Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of mytoolssuitepro.com (the "Site"), run by ToolSuite Pro ("we", "us"). By using the Site or creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/UK) to create an account.
• Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• One person, one account. Accounts created to fake upvotes or reviews will be removed.
• You can delete your account at any time from your profile page.

2. Community rules

When you upvote, review, comment or post in the forums, please:

• Be honest. Review tools you have actually used, and say if you're connected to a product (for example as its maker or employee).
• Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, threats or personal attacks.
• No spam, misleading links, vote manipulation or paying for upvotes or reviews.
• Don't post anything illegal, anything that infringes someone else's rights, or anyone's private information.

We may hide or remove content, and suspend or delete accounts, that break these rules. Anyone can report content using the Report button.

3. Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting it, you give us a worldwide, free, non-exclusive licence to host, display and share it on the Site and in our newsletter and social media posts about the Site. Reviews, comments, threads and profiles are public.

4. Listing a tool

• Only submit tools you own or have permission to list, and keep the details accurate.
• We review every submission and may edit, decline or remove any listing at our discretion, for example if it's broken, misleading, unsafe or inactive.
• Promo codes and special offers are provided by makers, who are responsible for honoring them.
• Rankings, awards and badges reflect community activity and our editorial choices; they are not guarantees of quality.

5. Third-party tools and links

The Site links to tools and websites run by other people. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, pricing, privacy practices or availability. Use them at your own risk and check their terms.

6. Our content

The Site's design, logo and original text belong to ToolSuite Pro. Tool names, logos and screenshots belong to their owners and are shown to describe their products.

7. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep information accurate and the Site running, but we make no promises that it will always be correct, complete, secure or available.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ToolSuite Pro is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Site or of any tool listed on it.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll change the date at the top of this page, and continuing to use the Site means you accept the new Terms.
